France
Yeast removal in France
The yeast is removed from the bottle by freezing its neck. The frozen bung of yeast is driven out by the pressure in the bottle.
A wonderful journey
Every single sparkling glass of DeuS is the result of a long and complex process, combining the best of two different timeless production methods.
The first step in its creation, requires Belgian brew masters to brew and then ferment this unique beer in Belgium. Only then once matured, is it ready to be sent to France. Where this wonderful brew made from barley is transformed into a majestic sparkling nectar. All via the magic of centuries-old techniques.

The Perfect Serve
How to serve perfection.
01
Serve in a classic flute glass. Hold the glass by the stem and tilt to 45°. Fill the glass to generate a tight, white foam.
02
The foam will dissipate due to the 11.5% ABV and the mouth of the glass will hold the complex aromas and accentuate the enjoyment of the unique distinctive flavours.
03
Keep the opened bottle cold and sealed to maintain the carbonation. Enjoy your unexpected taste of perfection.
